I have admitted wife for delivery but there is very bad response of pediatric, cleaning people. For emergency No doctor available during night. No Responsible person available. They have more people in account section than caring staff. DPU management please look into this on priority

Beautiful campus of the hospital, and the Medical College with all advanced and fully equipped machinery, and amenities with total security. Medical education is also extremely good, but extremely expensive as well. It has one of all the top class amenities in India.

There are too many issues. No cleanliness. Infrastructure is really good. But not maintained properly. Cockroaches all around the kitchen. 100s of them. Or rather thousands of them. As soon as I complained, paste control was done immediately after 2 days. But why should they wait for someone to raise concern. Kitchen has cockroaches everywhere. Can be easily seen. Even in the microwave. So why to wait. Senior doctors are good. Housekeeping staff is good. Medical officers are pathetic.

All the students is working in this hospital actually they are donig paractice on us plus taking lots of money from patients plus hospital is not good for delivery not good service provide in NICU so many doctors observed a patient and each doctor giving different suggestions 😔😔😔😔😔 I lost my baby in this hospital. …

I was in hospital for three days, there is no proper management in neurology department and MRI department. But the HOD of neurology Dr. Ashish is very great person and helpful. Brother Ranjit and Avinash are also helpful, they guide us very well. Thanks to all team.

D Y Patil hospital service is very good. The doctors, nurses, and all other staff of the hospital were very good natured and helped us a lot. Well treated by Dr Vinayak sir and Dr Manoj sir. Also All Nurse, All Mavshi, All Cleaning staff & All food service staff, all of them also supported us well.

Worst experience! Doctors availability is like week to week which doesn't make any sense. Also staff behaviour is arrogant. The fact is, less doctors and more account staff which means that there is no value of a patient and it is just a business for money💰💰💰. …
